Feeling totally fine can help us think more clearly in the moment, and be present. This helps reduce the stress response and can increase our overall wellbeing. This easy exercise can make a huge difference in your life.

This bonus lesson includes me reading the Totally Fine Alice exercise that I did for myself, so you can have a concrete example to inspire you to do the exercise yourself. I wrote this to help me refocus my attention on the good stuff in my life, and what the totally fine version of me would be thinking and feeling. After doing this exercise, I felt inspired to share it with you.
