In this lesson, you'll learn about the roots of self-limiting beliefs, including self-doubts, and the power of our attention to affect how we feel about... everything, actually. You'll learn a two-word tool that can actually disengage you from your belief of not being good enough, and open you up to the potential in each moment.
Lesson 2: Belief Shifting
In this lesson, you will learn and practice a tool that will help you weaken the truth of your self-limiting beliefs, and strengthen the way the opposite would feel. This makes the brain accept that there are other possibilities, and therefore, you have the capacity to feel empowered, confident, and capable instead.
