Lesson 2: Release The Fear Of Speaking Up For Myself
In this lesson, I'll guide you through a tapping activity designed to clear your fear of advocating for yourself. We'll discuss what makes us afraid to speak up, set boundaries, and honor them. This lesson will help you release that fear and replace it with courage and trust.
Lesson 3: Release The Fear Of Not Belonging
In this lesson, we will conquer the fear of not fitting in, the fear of being too strange for people to understand or like. We'll discuss the limitations this fear creates, and then do a specific tapping exercise together to clear it.
