Clear Your Fear Part 1:

Lesson 2: Release The Fear Of Speaking Up For Myself
In this lesson, I'll guide you through a tapping activity designed to clear your fear of advocating for yourself. We'll discuss what makes us afraid to speak up, set boundaries, and honor them. This lesson will help you release that fear and replace it with courage and trust.
Lesson 3: Release The Fear Of Not Belonging
In this lesson, we will conquer the fear of not fitting in, the fear of being too strange for people to understand or like. We'll discuss the limitations this fear creates, and then do a specific tapping exercise together to clear it.

Lesson 2: Release The Fear Of Conflict
The fear of conflict is a powerful stressor, one that can keep us in a passive place, keeping quiet for the sake of maintaining peace, while also resenting the situation. It's really difficult! This lesson is here to help you break away from that fear, and reconnect to the courage to speak with clarity while feeling safe doing so.
Lesson 3: Release The Fear Of Judgement
The fear of judgement or criticism creates stress and often will cause us to limit ourselves rather than be hurt by someone else's opinion. This lesson is here to help you release this fear, so you can move forward with your growth with confidence in yourself.

Lesson 2: Release the Fear of Change
The fear of change can bring anxiety and take us away from being present in the moment. In this lesson, we will follow a tapping sequence written to help release the fear of change, to help you move forward without anxiety, but with confidence and anticipation.
Lesson 3: Release the Fear of My Issues
Sometimes we feel like we have too many issues, too much baggage or trauma, to even be able to heal. This is, however just a story. It's a narrative, and we don't have to let fear hold us back from being able to make the changes we want. This lesson will help you shed that fear and more forward towards healing with grace.

Lesson 2: Clear the Fear of Rejection
The fear of rejection can stop us from being willing to put ourselves out there and try something new. The thing about it though, is that it's in our minds - we haven't been rejected before we even tried, even if it's happened before. Also, the idea that being rejected is unsafe can keep us frozen, stuck where we are. Try the tap along lesson in this course and see how much this tool can help you.
Lesson 3: Release the Fear of Overwhelm
Sometimes we feel overwhelmed by the huge number of things we need to do, our responsibilities, and others who are counting on it, and stress ramps up. We don't feel safe, we wonder if we're capable, and we have trouble focusing. Use this lesson to help bring yourself back to feeling capable, confident, and present.
