These tools are not the basic journaling/ meditation/ taking a walk sorts of things (although those are helpful). They are neuroscience and psychology-backed methods of changing limiting thinking, reducing physical, mental, and emotional stress, and also knowing what tool works best for the different kinds of stressors that we all are facing.
