Lesson 1: Re-Labeling Obstacles
In this lesson, you'll learn to recognize the ways in which your thinking reinforces barriers to your potential, and you'll learn and practice a simple reframing tool, which you can then use any time you need it.
Lesson 2: You Are Not Your Negative Emotions
In this lesson, you'll learn to recognize that you are not your emotions, and create some space between you and the way you feel. This is called disidentifying, and it's a very helpful practice when unwanted emotions arise. You'll have the chance to try this, and notice how it feels, while adding a tool you can easily use again to your toolbox.
Lesson 3: Pure Potential
This lesson contains a guided meditation to help you reacquaint yourself with the pure potential you are. This is an exercise you can return to as needed, to give yourself a boost of confidence, and to remind you that you have all you need within you already.
