In this lesson, you'll learn and practice an exercise to help you learn to train your senses on something you probably never think about very much. Heightening your awareness in this way is a technique that can be applied as you go about your daily life, which serves as a doorway to entering the flow state.
Lesson 2: Single-Tasking
In this lesson, we will learn, try, and experience the technique called single-tasking, which helps train your brain to immersive its focus on one thing at a time, and be able to shift complete focus to the next task. This technique can then be applied to enter the flow state of whatever activity you are engaged in.
