Yet, most people find themselves frustrated with conflict, arguments, stress, and difficulty being heard and understood. It’s time to find a better way, and I’ve got it for you. 

This workshop offers you interactive training in Productive Listening, a simple, yet effective process that can help reduce conflict, de-escalate intensity, invite cooperation, generate compassion, and improve every interaction.

Imagine that your partner is upset over something that happened at work. As they are telling you about the situation, you are present, focused, and attentive. They notice the energy you’re offering, and feel heard, which brings their emotional level down, and enhances the bond they feel with you. Your response further helps your partner and you navigate the situation, and you both feel the win for your relationship. 

This workshop provides instruction and guided interactive practice through role plays and discussion in a safe learning environment. You’ll have the chance to explore the steps in Productive Listening, identify what is and what is not effective listening, and hone your skills at transforming your communication. 

Alice is offering this workshop  in her Gaithersburg, MD office. Class size is limited for optimal interaction and personal attention. 

Alice developed this workshop after taking a ten-week course on listening. She has distilled the information into a three-lesson curriculum which includes the most user-friendly, essential tools, and added interactive guided scenarios to give you an experiential and immediately useful learning experience.
