Yancey will guide you to become familiar with the eight simple movements of this elegant exercise. You’ll learn variations and understand you can adjust the exercise for what excites you. You’ll learn how to use your thoughts to lead your ki specifically for each movement.

Use the Eight Brocade while:
You can do the movements slowly or quickly, depending on your intention.
While doing the Eight Brocade you interact with your body to make flowing movements. We’ll go over several styles for each movement and you’ll be encouraged to choose the styles that resonate with you.
Your thoughts can focus on the movements or the practice can be a mindful physical meditation. We’ll also go over specific thoughts that lead your energy through each movement.
You’ll receive a pdf with links to over 30 Eight Brocade videos on YouTube. You can choose between easy, medium or harder routines; 6 minutes or an hour. You may want to start with ones that have teacher instruction then move on to ones with nature sounds. This pdf is exclusive to this course.
