To embody mindfulness is possible when we are willing to pause, learn to observe and listen. Transformation happens when we embrace the ability to witness without judgment and honor our body’s wisdom.

- Honor “The Edge” in your practice and life.
- Understand discernment. It helps to create awareness to what is too much or not enough.
- Release tension and stress and increase energy and flow.
- Cultivate skills to be kinder and more compassionate towards yourself and others.
- Embody mindfulness as a way of life.
