The whole point of Living in Chi is the idea that as infants, we had to learn how to use our thoughts to move our muscles. After a while, we didn't have to think about it, our mind and muscles seem to work together automatically after we LEARNED the control. We have the same thing happening with our chi. Moving chi is a learned habit. Our thoughts lead our chi. The Living in Chi class works to make the "mind leading chi" as natural as walking. In fact, one of the things you'll learn is walking qigong, where every step you take brings chi.

This class is designed to give you ideas, techniques, and places to be mindful of your personal energy. Doing this will help you reduce stress and feel more connection with the universe.

You'll learn how to increase the communication between your mind and your chi. Become better at listening, feeling, and sensing your personal life force.
